Refund policy

Every plate is printed when you order it, so there is no warehouse and no restocking. That shapes this policy.

Returns

Unframed, undamaged prints can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the print price. Return shipping is yours unless the print arrived damaged or the wrong plate or size was sent, in which case I cover it.

Return the print rolled in its original tube. Prints returned creased or folded can't be refunded.

Damaged or wrong on arrival

Email a photograph within 14 days of delivery and I'll reprint and reship at no charge. You don't need to return the damaged print.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping is not refunded.

Cancellations

Because printing starts soon after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible before the plate goes to press. Write immediately and I'll cancel if it hasn't printed.
